How To Have Social Anxiety For The Rest Of Your Life

What kind of title is that?  It’s a title designed to get your attention, just like the next sentence.  If all you do is read about social anxiety and think about social anxiety and avoid your social anxiety symptoms, you will succeed at having social anxiety for the rest of your life.  More importantly, you will have symptoms that are powerful enough to impair your life and decrease your joy and well-being.  Life is short.  Take action now to build a better life where social phobias are not a significant part of the equation.  Here’s how…

Make an action plan in written form and consult your action plan every single day!  You will not beat social anxiety symptoms without a complete plan of attack that starts with the self-motivation strategy of writing down your goals and keeping a log of your progress toward those goals.

What kind of goals?  For the best answer to this question, see the complete Social Anxiety Secrets system at www.socialanxietysecrets.com/learn-social-anxiety-secrets.html

For the quick answer, consider what your life would be like if you had no social anxiety whatsoever.  What would be one situation that you routinely encounter that would be very different without social anxiety?  Now be very specific about what exactly would be different.  Now backtrack from there to think about what you would have to do in order to get to that point.  Certainly you would need a disciplined plan of attack.  You would not achieve something that difficulty without some careful planning and gradual work.  It’s not something you can accomplish in a day, so that’s why you simply must have a written plan and daily log that you consult every single day to keep you on track.  If you don’t do this, you will only take spurts of action that will do you very little good in making a true difference in your life.  So the message of the day is, “Be smart.  Take action.  Don’t trust your momentary motivation to carry you through to the vision of your dreams in the future!  Write down a plan and put it on your pillow case every morning after you review it so that it’s there for you to review again before you fall asleep.”  You are worth it!  Your life can be better than this!
